Finn AI recognized in the research that aims to highlight interesting, new, and innovative vendors, products, and services
VANCOUVER; May 7, 2019–Finn AI, the world’s leading AI-powered conversational banking technology provider has been named a Cool Vendor in the Cool Vendors in AI for Banking and Investment Services report by technology firm, Gartner. Inc.
Finn AI was one of five vendors recognized in the report. According to the report: “We identify emerging vendors using AI-based technologies for banking and investment services that technology and service providers seeking to develop artificial intelligence tools should watch these vendors.”

Customer experience is one of the top three business drivers for retail banks, and most of the adoption is still focused on chatbots in banking.
