Prior to founding Finn AI, Jake was a Director at Brook Intelligence, and a Mergers & Acquisition Strategy Consultant at PMSI Consulting in London. Jake received his MBA at IE Business School in Spain.

Natalie is a vocal proponent in examining the ethical implications of new emerging technology. She is an advocate for socially conscious innovation and how the intersection of humans and technology can positively impact society. Prior to founding Finn AI, Natalie worked at the Global Fund in Geneva managing a USD $250 million health investment portfolio. Natalie received her MBA at IE Business School in Spain.
Dr. Kenneth Conroy
VP Data Science
Dr. Ken leads the development of the Finn AI proprietary Natural Language Processing system. He is an expert data scientist and a sought-after speaker at technical events locally and abroad. Dr. Ken earned his PhD for Computer Science at Dublin City University. His specialities include deep machine learning and artificial intelligence.
VP UX & Conversation Design
Kevin Jaako has 10+ years of experience leading design teams on four different continents. As UX Design Lead at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), he led many high-profile projects, including the launch of the CommBank Property App (awarded the 2016 Australian Business Award for Mobile Innovation). At Finn AI, Jaako leads a multidisciplinary team of thought leaders focused on designing the future of conversational banking.
Stephen Menon is a seasoned digital acquisition and product strategist in the financial services industry. With over 12 years of working experience in various lines of business within banking, Menon formerly served as VP of Operations at MBNA (acquired by Bank of America) leading customer optimization strategies, and SVP of Marketing and Product. He later moved to TD Bank as AVP responsible for consumer credit cards, including the launch of Aeroplan.
Pam is responsible for the global marketing and communications strategies at Finn AI. Prior to joining the company, she was the AVP Corporate Communications at Absolute Software. Pam’s technology marketing experience spans a variety of enterprise software companies including SAP, Business Objects, and Crystal Decisions.

Ben is the leader of our Customer Success team, responsible for customer implementations around the world. Prior to Finn AI, Ben was the Global VP, Customer Success at Mobify, overseeing the on-boarding, training, and retention of new and existing customers. Ben has an MBA from Cornell University in New York, and an MBA from Queen’s University in Ontario.

Linda Wittich is an accomplished leader in global sales strategy and execution within the field of high enterprise SaaS businesses. With a successful track record of over 30 years in the financial services industry, Linda brings a wealth of experience in delivering cognitive, big data and analytics solutions for large corporate organizations at companies such as IBM, Broadridge, NSCC and Citibank.
Steven Zhu brings over two decades of hands-on experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture and management. Just prior to Finn AI, he was Director of Software Engineering at CA Technologies where he managed multiple technical teams to develop and deliver optimal models and solutions at scale. His vast portfolio of enterprise solutions experience also includes large organizations such as Boeing and Ritchie Bros.
